I still remember hosting my first retreat back in 2017 for 53 Black women from around the world in Grenada. 

It was also during this time, I was experiencing extreme burnout from my 13-year career in celebrity and fashion public relations, marketing and event production.

I was beyond ready to transition into a more fulfilling career and a healthier, slower-paced way of living.

That first retreat was just a "let's see what happens" and I took home a $5,000 profit.

I knew I was on to something.

By my second retreat just 7 months later, I took home $20,000.

Little did I know that those humble beginnings from my first retreat would be the catalyst for the growth of a 7-figure wellness company. It has been an incredible journey of learning, growth, and realizing the limitless potential in the wellness retreats business.
